Using a calm approach, I help my clients identify their health goals and the barriers preventing them from having the lifestyle they envision. We will co-create steps to help you build a routine and live a life in line with your values. Each session is individualized to the client. Sessions can include visualization exercises and mindfulness techniques to alleviate stress. My clients control how deep they want to take a session and what goals we focus on.
